1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe

  • The service delivered does not match the agreed scope

  • A cancellation request is made before work has commenced

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Once work has started or has been completed

  • If the client fails to provide required information or documents

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after delivery

  • Services that have already been revised per client request

3. Revision Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer revisions:

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery

  • Revisions will be based strictly on the original requirements provided

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may only be canceled before work begins

  • Once a project is in progress, cancellation is not permitted
